Order Processing

All orders at Mark & Reeves are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders may take slightly longer during peak periods or if additional information is required (e.g., incomplete payment or missing shipping details). If we need anything from you, we’ll reach out via email before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: Typically arrives within 5 to 8 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: Usually delivered within 7 to 14 business days after processing.

  • International: $5.99

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, your local customs office may charge duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

Missing Items or Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check with neighbors, roommates, or your building’s front desk

  2. Review your tracking link for delivery notes

  3. Still missing? Contact us at sales@markandreeves.com within 7 days of the delivery date

We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, email sales@markandreeves.com immediately.

We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been sent to fulfillment.
If the order has shipped, you can return it per our Return Policy once it arrives.
